Birthday: In total unapologetic celebration, this song encapsulates that moment of celebration, and calls the listener to party like it's "your birthday". The track has a New Orleans flair to it, with horns, marching drums, whistles, gang vocals, and melody hooks. Happening Now: Pure attitude, and an over zealous confidence, this song is perfect for bringing out that "go get it" and no bars held moment. The simple hook and refrain tell us to this is about to happen, no time like the present, and this is our time to shine moment. There is swagger and attitude dripping throughout this track, and Brittany's voice kills it with that raw unapologetic sound. Gimme More: Fun and sassy, this song brings the swing. Gimme More is all about getting attention of your audience, and demanding that they sit up and take notice. It's dripping with female empowerment and confidence, but stays light and fun. It's hooky and easy to fall in love with. Umbrella: Fun and breezy, this song is all about togetherness. Being a team and helping each other out. The track starts with the sounds of rain on a busy street and quickly reveals why. The hook is all about sharing an umbrella which is the perfect metaphor for helping someone else out, coming together as a team.

Summmer ep
Simple, easy listening melodies conveyed through a folkish pop sound, bringing us back to the heart of music's purpose. This album's title track "Runaway" was written out of the inspiration to go further, dream bigger, reach higher, and see more of the world. The beats and instruments pull the listener to go outside and see more nature and beauty in this world. "Feels Good" was inspired by the closeness we find with our significant other. There’s such a peace when you have the one person you can just connect easily with. It just feels damn good. "Steady" reflects upon the uneasiness of our times, asking us to hold on, it's going to get worse before it gets better. And lastly, "Be Free" reminds the listener of the joy found in breaking free of paradigms we so often trap ourselves in. Overall, this EP strikes various emotional chords unique for Fan Fiqtion, but feels warm and familiar in instrumentation and melodic intervals.

single (Cover Song)
A fresh take on a classic (Gnarls Barkley), Brittany takes us on a journey of contemplation through her raw, unfiltered vocals. During a collaboration, Zion and Brittany experimented with multiple well known songs that could work as a cover song. Crazy kept screaming to be produced and heard. So they took Brittany's rendition she often played live, slowed it down, and tripped almost all the instruments out. This left the melody abandoned to be fully embraced, digested, and free.
